The UGC team is visiting the college on 1st May ,2001 to decide upon for awarding the Deemed University status to the college.
Convocation-2001, which was scheduled to be held on 6th May is now postponed to 20th May or afterwards.
A New Post Graduate Hostel and an Examination Hall with a capacity of 360 students was inaugarated by Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana ,Ch. Om Prakash Chautala on Sunday,April 1, 2001.
The Electronics & Communication and Computer Science Department has been ISO 9002 Certified .
Confluence'2001, the Annual Cultural Inter- college Festival has come to an end.
The CEET tests would again be conducted by GJU, Hissar and shortly the Information Brochure would be available.

CAMPUS PLACEMENTS
Nearly the whole of the college has been placed . This is the first time this level of placements has been achieved. All the leading dailies have hailed this stupendous performance of our college.
